The atsec business model focuses on building a global IT security consulting business while remaining faithful to our guiding principles and values.
This is our business model:
- We value our financial independence, so our business model is to self-finance company growth.
- We value our vendor independence, so our business model is to provide IT security consulting services only, without selling or promoting any particular IT security products.
- We value our partnership with the customers who have made us their IT security partner, so our business model is to focus our offering on IT security consulting only, to avoid competing with our customers, who frequently are in the business of managing large-scale software integration projects for enterprise customers or government agencies.
- We value our people as our most important asset, so our business model rewards hard work and results through a cash bonus program that makes atsec a true, no strings attached "employee-reward company", rewarding excellent performance with cash, not options tied to future company results. In addition, atsec offers a generous employee benefits package, including a matching 401K plan (vested immediately), health care allowance, medical plan, dental plan, life insurance, training/skills development, and generous vacation allotment.
- We value our role as a leader in international IT security-related standards, so our business model is to strongly encourage senior level managers and consultants to take leadership roles in the organizations that create and promote those standards.
- We value our role as an innovator, so our business model is to keep our company at the leading edge of emerging trends and technologies, in particular, new, relevant IT security standards.
- We value our international outlook, so our business model is to expand to new geographies when prudent business opportunities emerge.
